True Telecom Goes After Residential Market

MSPs
True Telecom has launched a London and South East based Field Sales operation, with aims to take on 200 Field Sales Agents within a six month period.

The launch coincides with the brand moving into the residential market, with the company now offering competitive line rental, home phone and broadband across the UK, as well as range of SIM only tariffs.

True Telecom has appointed a Head of Field Sales to manage the operation, who by the end of the year will oversee 10 Area Managers strategically placed in locations in and around the M25.

The company’s aim within the first 6 months is for each Area Manager to manage 15 Field Sales Agents. These FSA’s are to be brand advocates, introducing True Telecom services around London and the South East for the first time to the residential market. In the second half of the fiscal year, the company aims to focus efforts outside of London, targeting a number of major routes; such as Leicester/Birmingham, Portsmouth, Reading/Bath and Cambridge.

Tom Evernden, Head of Field Sales at True Telecom commented, “Releasing a National Field Sales team is an innovative step in ensuring that True Telecom becomes a major competitor against the likes of B.T and TalkTalk within the next 12 months. Our Field Sales teams are not only selling True Telecom products to residential customers, they are out there representing the brand and what we stand for as a company.”
