Trust Business Partners has announced a new agreement with Inovo, a provider of contact centre efficiency, productivity and customer experience solutions.
Under this new agreement, Trust Business Partners will represent Inovo across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Trust Business Partners will lead on sales and marketing activity, the recruitment of new channel partners, systems integrators and the creation of local European strategic alliances.
Inovo is a cloud contact centre solutions provider that focuses on delivering continuous improvements in efficiency, productivity and customer experience. The vendor’s clients range from ten to a few thousand seats across sectors including financial services, retail, telecoms, healthcare, BPO, hospitality and travel.
