Peter Black, the independent Telecoms Adjudicator has revealed in his January statement that the total number of lines now unbundled in the UK has has passed the 1.5 million mark.
The figures for unbundling have now started to accelerate with Black also confirming that, “The Right First Time delivery of ‘business as usual’ unbundled lines has maintained an improving trend achieving 96% against a target of 98%, reflecting the significant improvements coming through from the Service Improvement Plan.
