Manchester hosting firm UKFast has received recognition for its customer service focus after being shortlisted in two categories of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013.
UKFas has been shortlisted for the categories of Objective HR Employee Engagement Strategy of the Year and Customer Satisfaction Innovation of the Year.
As the only customer service awards from the industry’s professional body, the ceremony is renowned for its exclusive selection of only the most sustainable UK businesses to successfully deliver exceptional customer excellence.
