Each November sees men across the world growing moustaches for 30 days to raise awareness of men’s health issues including prostate and testicular cancer.
UKFast takes part in Movember annually and has had a record breaking year with over 20 members of staff joining in to raise £1000.
UKFast CEO Lawrence Jones said: “You can always rely on the guys here to throw themselves into a cause like this and there are some incredible moustaches on show. It’s all about growth at UKFast and the Mo Bros were no exception to this.”
The Movember campaign follows a number of recent charity initiatives from the UKFast team including The Manchester 10k, where the total fund raised by the speedy UKFasters taking part was matched by Jones. Over £400 was collected on the recent Wear It Pink day for the Breast Cancer Campaign, with over 200 people taking part in fancy dress and bake sale.
Other charities supported over the past year include NSPCC, Alzheimer’s Society and the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team.
