Unify Makes Gartners "Magic Quadrant"

Unify has announced it has been positioned by Gartner in the Leaders quadrant of the “ Magic Quadrant for Corporate Telephony ” report published October 21, 2014, co-authored by Sorell Slaymaker and Steve Blood. The report shows an improved position for Unify, evaluated on its flagship enterprise platform, OpenScape, on the “Completeness of Vision” and “Ability to Execute” axes in the Leaders quadrant.

Unify has successfully made the transition from a hardware-oriented company to a software and services supplier. The Company provides vertical market-specific solutions, such as OpenScape Xpert, a multi-line communications solution for financial, energy, and commodity trade, as well as for dispatchers in control centers and Public Safety Answering Points. Unify also provides OpenScape Health Station, a bedside terminal that streamlines clinical access and enhances the patient experience.

In the accompanying report, “Critical Capabilities for Corporate Telephony,” co-authored by Steve Blood and Sorrell Slaymaker, October 14, 2014, in terms of product/service scores in use cases, Unify scored 4.27 out of 5 for Centralised Architecture and 4.26 out of 5 for Distributed Architecture.
