Unify has unveiled its new channel partner program. Following the announcement of the acceleration of Unify’s transformation from a hardware to a software and services company, the “Unify Partner Program” rewards partners for expertise and specialisation, helping to drive greater revenue streams, and increase customer satisfaction.
“Customers are demanding new ways to work and Unify is leading the future of the unified and collaborative communication market. Our new Partner Programme will ensure that our valued partners continue to be the spearhead of this journey with us,” said Tony Smith, sales director, channel UK & Ireland, for Unify. “The speed of our transformation to being channel centric vendor has been phenomenal, since we announced our new strategic vision earlier this year. Our expanded channel only portfolio with scale from two to over 1000 users. This, combined with the new Partner Programme, brings our proposition together perfectly. The Unify Partner Programme delivers real demonstrable bottom line value along with clear differentiation for partners that invest in Unify as their vendor of choice. There has never been a more exciting time to work for or partner with Unify. With our partners we have substantial growth plans for the year ahead. We will be success story of 2015. Come and find out why!”
“Our channel partners are our lifeblood. We want to make it easy for them to quickly increase revenue, and expand their business with Unify as we look to develop long-term relationships with them,” said Jon Pritchard, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Unify. “Our new program provides a clear path for partners to increase their expertise and, hence, the value they bring to the customer. We’re committed to being the UC partner of choice by delivering a channel program that drives global consistency and an excellent experience for partners and customers alike.”
In order to expand the sales opportunity for partners and the potential for solution selling, Unify is making more of its UC portfolio available to the channel. This portfolio includes OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000 for enterprises, and OpenScape Business for commercial, which has been scaled to accommodate more than 1,000 users. Additionally, the program frameworks makes it easy for new products and solutions to be added in the future.
The Unify Partner Program is a further step towards the company’s continuing commitment to increase focus on the channel. Led by an executive team with a strong channel background, Unify is focused on attracting and retaining best-in-class partners. Additionally, the Company continues its shift to a multi-pronged sales approach, with coverage models including Unify sales-lead countries actively supported by partners, partner-led countries supported by Unify high-touch sales, and countries managed solely through distribution.
“As the official UK distributor for Unify, Nimans views the launch of the partner programme as a significant step forward. We will be playing a front line role in embracing the many opportunities this compelling programme creates to help our customers accelerate and expand their business capabilities,” said Richard Carter, Group Sales and Business Development Director at Nimans.
“The traditional communication technology channel ecosystem is in the midst of a reinvention, driven by the demand for dynamic software-led solutions that will enable new ways of working and enhance end-user collaboration,” said Courtney Green, Managing Director at NETconnection Systems Limited in the UK.
