Billing Solutions company Union Street Technologies has appointed two new Account Managers to provide onsite support for users of aBILLity billing platform.
Joining the Union Street team are Martin Wilkinson and Lauren Knight. With over seven years at BT, Martin has extensive experience of providing solutions and front line support to CPs in the call billing industry. Lauren is also joining Union Street with a wealth of experience, having worked previously in the billing software sector.
As Union Street Account Managers they will be responsible for providing on-site support, guiding CPs through the imminent transition to WLR3, and helping to ensure Union Street’s customers take full advantage of all the benefits and functionality the aBILLity platform can offer.
