Union Street chooses QGate for CRM implementation

Union Street Technologies, the independent supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs), has selected QGate as implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration. QGate is a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in CRM. The company can provide the licensing, implementation, customisation and training required to integrate Microsoft Dynamics with Union Street’s aBILLity billing platform for customers.

Integration with aBILLity provides promotion of a CRM record to create an account within aBILLity and synchronisation of data back to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, allowing users with CRM to view important billing data and tariff information within the CRM application. This makes it ideal for marketing, customer service and salespeople who should not necessarily have full access to the billing platform.

Dynamics CRM is a marketing and prospect/customer management system. When a prospect ‘converts’ to a customer the contact information can be automatically populated into aBILLity. This eliminates the problem of errors creeping into the system through duplicate data entry or of separate databases becoming out of synch. The result is more accurate data requiring less work to maintain.
