Union Street Technologies has appointed James Wilson as Operations Manager. In this newly created role, Wilson holds responsibility for the continual high performance of all areas of Union Street’s service operations. His primary focus is on maintaining customer service standards and ensuring the correct personnel and systems are in place to support Union Street’s 600 customers.
Reporting to Union Street’s Operations Director, Robert Bristow, Wilson oversees Union Street’s Technical Support, Customer Service, and Bureau departments, managing 30 of Union Street’s 100 personnel. Since joining Union Street six years ago as part of the company’s apprenticeship programme, Wilson has held numerous positions within the company’s service operations. This gives him a strong background in customer service and technical support with extensive experience and credentials in this important area.
