Communications provider SynergyOne recently completed its 100th bill run using the aBILLity billing platform supplied and supported by Union Street Technologies. SynergyOne has been using the aBILLity billing platform since 2001 and Leon Penny, Director of the company invited Tony Cook, Director of Union Street to see the 100th run at the company’s head office in Potters Bar. Despite the recession SynergyOne continues to enjoy positive growth by offering its customers excellent service and support.
Recently SynergyOne also implemented Union Street’s WLR3 Portal Solution to integrate fully with the aBILLity billing platform, giving significant business benefits. As Union Street’s WLR3 uses the same user interface and database as the billing platform, there is a single entry point for all provisioning and billing requirements significantly reducing the volume of data entry and reducing errors across the whole process.
