Union Street unveils ProfitaBILLity

Union Street Technologies has launched a new consultancy service to help resellers combat rising costs in supply chains. The company said its new ProfitaBILLity service is designed to help reseller partners maximise the revenue potential of their customer base whilst driving down costs.

As part of the ProfitaBILLity service, Union Street’s consultants will review how resellers are using their software to ensure billing processes are efficient, including identifying areas where revenue is being lost and margins could be increased. 

Kevin O’Brien, chief financial officer, Union Street Technologies (pictured), explained, “2022 started with a perfect storm of rising costs landing at the same time. 30-year high inflation, the well documented energy crisis, and rising labour costs brought by increasing wages and national insurance contributions, are all putting strain on UK businesses.

“Channel businesses are faced with a very hard choice of balancing rising costs with winning and maintaining customers in a highly competitive and price sensitive market. Enhancing the billing process is something that’s perfectly possible for most resellers, but it can be a resource hungry exercise. The ProfitaBILLity service offers a convenient and cost-effective way for resellers to outsource this task to Union Street.”

The ProfitaBILLity service also provides advice on how software could automate parts of the billing and ordering process.
