Uniworld Communications has appointed Simon Rigg as Business Development Manager in its sales organisation.
Rigg will be a key member of the Uniworld channel sales team and will help to ensure that Uniworld continues to develop and grow its expanding channel partner relationships. He will be working with both existing and new channel partners to ensure that Uniworld provides all the sales support and technical assistance that they need to succeed, across a full range of products including calls and lines, data and the latest range of IP telephony solutions.
Rigg has over fifteen years experience of channel sales within the telecoms industry. Over the last seven years he has had key roles at Anglia Telecom, Symphony Telecom, Redstone Telecom and most recently Daisy Telecom where he was National Dealer Sales Manager. Prior to that, Simon was head of network services at IP Integration, having started his career with Mercury Paging and the original Redstone Telecom.
