Utilities UK Ltd has launched a white label joint venture initiative and says they will be the only telecoms provider in the UK to offer a white label partnership with a 50/50 split of the profits with no franchise fee.
Utilities UK are currently recruiting partners to become part of their programme, with the promise that if they deliver new customers they will see a fantastic return.
Stavros Tsolakis, CEO of Utilities UK, believes the industry and beyond will welcome the introduction of this programme.
Tsolakis explains, “I believe any independent salesperson, or an existing brand wanting to extend their product portfolio, will welcome the introduction of this white label service. We are giving both individuals wanting their own brand and companies looking to expand their brand to come on board and enjoy a simple 50/50 split of the profits. So if they bring clients to the table, and these clients remain active, the agents will continue to make money.
“The key to a successful white label partnership is to have comprehensive support and this is our strength. This allows our partners to focus on their strengths and in particular sales and marketing. We take care of the switching process, UK customer service and 24/7 fault support (both answered as their brand), billing, collection and debt management. Further good news is that this is not limited to B2B as tariffs for home users will also be available to partners, either matching the competitive rates offered by Direct Save Telecom or their own criteria. We will also supply partners with a virtual office, including a website.”
Utilities UK operates the Direct Save Telecom brand and prides itself on offering consumers the best possible deals on their home phone and broadband needs. They have a skilled UK based 24/7 support team, offer 28 day rolling contracts, and tailor these contracts to suit the requirements of the customer.
