Following the launch of the online quoting and account management portal last year the new ordering facility will be live for partners from 9am on 20th March 2012. The tool will allow dealers, resellers and wholesale partners to order circuits electronically without the need for any unnecessary paperwork.
“You will simply to be able to log on to your account and place and order online. The online ordering system is secured via EchoSign to maintain 100% integrity of the contract. Once the order is completed, both the partner and the Vaioni account manager receive a signed copy of the contract for filing and processing purposes. Within 24 hours of receiving the order, Vaioni will issue a project reference and allocated to a project manager for on-time delivery of the service.
“With the Ethernet industry full of different connectivity providers and many still issuing paper contracts, it’s an inconvenient and complex process, resulting in slow and cumbersome hurdles to jump through. Now a partner can login to the portal, generate a quote and order it there and then without the need to request for anything further which can result in days’ worth of delay.
