Edgewater’s products can improve the security, reliability and quality of voice and video data when delivered over the internet. Service providers can use the unique management platform to monitor and update their clients’ account. Any problems are shown visually and can be solved simply, all from the same box.
Edgewater’s products can streamline any service provision, meaning customers only pay for one box. This not only offers customers a substantial saving but also avoids a confusing network of separate monitoring, security and updating services. All of the products and services offer seamless integration with current systems and offer high levels of analogue and ADSL connectivity.
