Vega Telecom Group, represented on the international market by the Ucomline brand, has signed an agreement with BT to become an authorised partner.

The agreement gives Vega the ability to market and sell BT’s broad portfolio of products and services to their customers. Vega will also have access to BT's proven technical expertise and support and will benefit from the company's significant investment in research and development.

Vega has been cooperating with BT since 2005, and delivers services to more than 150 large corporate clients of the global carrier in Ukraine. In order to further develop the relationship, Vega had to meet a set of demanding requirements, including guaranteed quality of services and successful completion of help desk certification.

Pawel Karlowski, general director, BT Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS, said “The local partnership model gives businesses access to world-class global network services, while dealing with a trusted local partner, in their own language and currency. It’s a very compelling proposition, which truly brings together the best of both worlds.”

“By choosing Vega as a partner in Ukraine, BT confirms the quality of the services we offer.” comments Lasha Mikava, CEO Farlep Invest (operational manager of Vega Telecom Group). “Now our clients will be able to access the wide portfolio of services offered by BT. Our close cooperation also allows us to share commercial marketing, technical resources and know-how which will be reflected in the network solutions created for our clients.”
