Ruby Ahmed (pictured) has joined VIA’s support team as a Technical Account Manager.

“We’re very delighted to have Ruby on-board. She comes with a host of knowledge from a large company that we can learn from, as we are constantly looking to improve our customer’s experiences. We have a 100% customer satisfaction rating from our customer feedback and are driven to keep this through our market-leading customer service and technical specialism.” Says Eddie Worthington, Infrastructure Director at VIA. “Culture is very important in our business and we make sure that everyone fits into our tech-led atmosphere. We have shaken up the industry so far and we plan to continue next year as we launch our new marketing activities. The telephony industry is stuck in the past and by introducing new products and new ways of thinking we have grown rapidly. We’ve doubled turnover year on year and I believe that validates our process.”

VIA have gone from the original 3 founders to 10 employees in just one year. These also include Web Developer James Bartlett & Marketing Manager Christopher Fitton.

“I’m very pleased to have joined VIA. The company is growing and there is an exciting culture here that comes from Senior Management and spreads to the rest of the team. I’m looking forward to helping customers get started with our system.” Says Ruby Ahmed. “I have experience supporting the whole of the Boots office teams and field workers and want to bring that experience to VIA.” Says Ruby Ahmed.

Christopher Fitton joins as the new Marketing Manager. He has experience across technology and Fintech sectors.

“I love working with technology products and VIA are really doing some exciting work in the Telephony sector. We are working on launching a new website and refreshing the brand in the New Year to meet the growth targets of the business.” Says Christopher Fitton.

James Bartlett also joins the VIA team as a Web Developer after working in the games industry. James will be focused adding new features and functionality to VIA’s management portal.

“I’m enjoying Web Development again. Unlike the games industry, you can make an impact straight away and make improvements fast. I’m also looking forward to helping the business grow.” Says James Bartlett.
