Uniworld Communications, the specialist telecoms service provider, today announced its partnership with stationery provider, Viking Direct, to host Viking Exchange, a new telephony service aimed at the SME market. As part of Uniworld’s affinity scheme, Viking Exchange will offer customers a host of voice and data services with Uniworld as the service provider. Uniworld, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gamma Telecom, allows companies to provide a range of telephony services using their own brand. It is the easiest and most economical way to offer a fully branded service with full provisioning, billing, and a dedicated customer service team.
The new Viking Exchange service offers SMEs a portfolio of services including inbound and outbound telephony, wholesale line rental and broadband access without having to dial a prefix number or install any special equipment. Uniworld handles all provisioning and servicing between the end-user site and the Gamma Telecom network, offering a simple ordering and billing process. Every customer will have their own dedicated account manager and will be able to either port their existing BT telephone numbers or extend reach with a non-geographic freephone, national, or local rate number. All services are recorded in one monthly bill, offering end-users simple control of their accounts.
