John Walters, joining Virtual1 as Account Director, has more than 10 years’ experience working in the Channel for companies such as NetConnect, Mistral, Viatel and most recently MDMX. Explaining the decision to move to Virtual1, John said “Telecoms is a crowded marketplace and resellers can often find themselves in direct competition with their own suppliers. It is therefore refreshing to work for Virtual1, which is 100% focused on, and committed to supporting its Channel partners.
Caroline Rae will head up the newly formed Provisioning and Order support team. Caroline has substantial experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for Pink Telecom, Cable Telecom and subsequently Telstra International in a career that has spanned nearly 20 years.
