VividApps Helps Organisations Interact with Customers

Cloud
VividApps has announced that it has been accepted onto the Government’s G-Cloud IT cloud services framework, for its recently launched Assurity telephony flow management and reporting service.

Assurity is a real-time multi-media communications toolkit which enables organisations to proactively interact with their user and customer base. It currently delivers these five core applications:

•Appointment management

•Customer satisfaction survey management

•Interactive voice response tools

•Advanced outbound call management and reporting

•‘Show Me You Know Me’ – two-way identity authentication management

Typical users include: Government departments, GP surgeries, dental practices, opticians, beauty and hair salons, car dealerships, telecoms companies, service organisations, contact centres and financial institutions - any organisation or company that is highly appointments-focussed, and wishes to provide a higher level of interaction with its clients, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Andrew Engledow, Founder and Chairman of VividApps Limited, said: “We are delighted to receive this very important acceptance onto G-Cloud. As the Government continues to adopt a cloud-first IT purchasing policy, it will give added impetus for Whitehall and the wider public sector to source more services from SMEs like ourselves, which already appears to be showing results."

“We are currently in a series of fruitful conversations with a number of public sector organisations about our capabilities, and being on the G-Cloud platform will undoubtedly aid these discussions."
