Vodafone UK announces its first Premier Partner for One Net

Excalibur Communications, with office locations based all over the South of England, has become Vodafone UK’s first Premier Partner for One Net in the Vodafone UK’s indirect partner programme.

Vodafone’s indirect partners are important to the success of One Net, due to their relationships with SME customers, technical knowledge and high quality of service. Excalibur Communications has been working closely with Vodafone UK to help shape the One Net experience, given their own expertise in fixed and mobile capabilities. It has also worked closely with Vodafone over the past few months to help build the launch programme for all indirect partners.

This builds on Vodafone's existing partnership programme and emphasises its continued commitment to innovation and delivering superior products and services to its partners and customers.

Vodafone One Net is a unique service that helps small and medium sized business customers integrate their fixed and mobile communications needs giving them one single number for their point of contact. This makes it easier for them to concentrate on running their business and never missing a call. They will also benefit from cost savings by consolidating the number of communication service providers.

"We are very excited to be the chosen as the first premier partner in the UK,” said James Phipps, MD, Excalibur Communications. “Excalibur has the right resources and scalability to successfully sell, implement and support Vodafone One Net to the SME market."

Added Rob Shardlow, SME sales director, Vodafone UK: “Excalibur Communications has been invaluable in shaping the delivery of Vodafone One Net with their insight and expertise in the SME marketplace. Excalibur has helped us deliver a top class service to our customers on the UK’s best network.”

Excalibur’s first customer install for Vodafone One Net has taken place this week in Debco Rentals, a fire and security business based in Enfield, London. Established in 1985, with a rename in 2000, Debco has 14 employees and a number of its engineers work remotely, making it the perfect candidate for Vodafone One Net.
