Commenting on a new product bundle launch, Paul Taylor of Voiceflex says, “Building on our success of the Business Connect (BC) product range, Voiceflex has launched Business Connect Bundles (BCB). In simple terms, a bundle of products which is more cost-effective than individual elements.
The bundles includes a data connection ranging from our ADSL2 to EFM, SIP trunks ranging from 5 to 30 (additional trunks on request) and automatic failover.
The data connection can be used for both voice and data traffic, with the voice traffic delivered direct to our core voice platform. You can opt for our fully managed service or wires only.
Support covering all elements of the bundle is handled by one support centre with many of products supported 24/7.
Voiceflex monitor the connection between us and the telephony application, if we don’t receive a response (data connection or telephony application has failed) we will automatically redirect the call to a pre-programmed telephone number. If you have 100 DDI numbers each one of the DDI numbers can be redirected to a different telephone number. Unlike ISDN if the connection fails you can call your provider and they will re-direct all 100 DDI numbers to one number. Automatic failover is a chargeable service but included in the bundle price.”
