Voiceflex Growth Continues

Based on like for like sales in Q4 of 2010 compared to Q4 in 2011 Voiceflex report that sales increased by 20%, which they say fantastic news. And based on the figures for January 2012 the upward trend continues.

Paul Taylor of Voiceflex says, “The figures are testament to our channel partners; their belief in the technology and the business applications and flexibility SIP trunking brings to their customers, coupled with the cost reductions and the attractive margins makes everyone happy.

2011 has been a year of consolidation at Voiceflex; we have enhanced our core infrastructure, this is work in progress to date 90% of the work has been completed. In February 2011 we launched email fraud alerting for all channel partners, a first in the industry, the application has provided hugely successful, a real sales feature for our channel partners which has helped close business.

Our preferred method of authentication is SIP account and password, in our view it provides ease of setup and greater amount of flexibility for on-going support and redundancy. However some customers have requested fixed IP address we are more than happy to provide either service, it is not now or will it be in the future our intention to force customer down a set route, with either SIP or data connectivity, the essence of SIP is open connectivity.”
