Voiceflex has announced the launch of Voiceflex Flow, a unified platform that combines communications and contact centre as a service. The new offering will be delivered in partnership with Telavox.
Voiceflex Flow features include omnichannel capabilities, integration into existing systems such as customer relationship management software and social media networks, and a suite of other applications.
This offering has been made possible through a new partnership with Telavox, a Nordic-focused vendor that develops communications platforms for businesses and organisations of all sizes. Telavox has a team of in-house developers across offices in nine countries.

Voiceflex has 900 channel partners across the UK. James Arnold-Roberts was appointed CEO last year with a brief to lead the company into a period of accelerated growth, both organically and acquisitively.
