Voiceflex launches Voiceflex Flow

Voiceflex has announced the launch of Voiceflex Flow, a unified platform that combines communications and contact centre as a service. The new offering will be delivered in partnership with Telavox.

Voiceflex Flow features include omnichannel capabilities, integration into existing systems such as customer relationship management software and social media networks, and a suite of other applications.

This offering has been made possible through a new partnership with Telavox, a Nordic-focused vendor that develops communications platforms for businesses and organisations of all sizes. Telavox has a team of in-house developers across offices in nine countries.

James Arnold-Roberts, CEO, Voiceflex (pictured), said, “By launching this exciting new service together with Telavox, we can offer our customers the support they need. Since 2002, [Telavox has] worked hard to revolutionise the way that businesses can communicate. They own their platform from top to bottom and joining forces with them will give us both more opportunities to grow and innovate, as well as greatly benefit our customers.”

Andy Brunt, sales manager, service providers at Telavox, added, “We’re excited to be working together with Voiceflex on this new platform. Voiceflex Flow will meet a growing business need and [will] help our customers to be both more productive and more secure.”

Voiceflex has 900 channel partners across the UK. James Arnold-Roberts was appointed CEO last year with a brief to lead the company into a period of accelerated growth, both organically and acquisitively.
