Vosky Technologies has announced it has been selected by Avaya for Gold membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program.
Vosky is the developer of Vosky Exchange, a family of PBX-to-Skype gateways that integrate traditional or IP-based phone systems with Skype, the world’s largest voice over the Internet network, and enable business-class applications that enhance communications and reduce telecom costs.
The Vosky Exchange solution interoperates with Avaya’s IP Office and as a result businesses can interconnect both traditional and IP-based Avaya phone systems to form a private voice network for free interoffice communications and can connect to Skype to take advantage of low-cost long distance and international calls.
“Gold membership in Avaya’s DeveloperConnection program is a testament to Vosky’s commitment to working with leading technology partners like Avaya to deliver industry compliant solutions to the business market,” said David Tang, vice president of global marketing, Vosky Technologies. “Building on Avaya resources and working more closely with the company to deliver compliance-tested solutions to the market, we are able to make the integration of Avaya and Vosky solutions seamless, thus significantly reducing implementation time and costs for our partners and customers.”
“With the involvement of companies like Vosky Technologies, our Avaya developer community has become a catalyst for rapid innovation — creating multi-vendor applications that help enterprises around the world unleash powerful new possibilities for operating more efficiently and effectively,” said Eric Rossman, vice president, developer relations and technical alliances, Avaya. “We help businesses embed secure, reliable Intelligent Communications into the very fabric of their organization so employees and customers have ready access to information regardless of where they are and how they prefer to communicate.”
