Market Harborough based Welcomm Communications has acquired the full share capital of Leversedge Telecom Services Ltd.
The company Directors have known each other for a number of years, having shared the same Accountants and Solicitors, and have always been aware of the products, services and solutions both businesses provide to their loyal customers.
The great synergies between the two Leicestershire-based companies provides a fantastic platform for growth. With the advancement of 5G, Welcomm’s relationship with O2 (having been awarded Direct Partner of the Year for a second year) is a key benefit, being at the forefront of this change.
