PRD have been awarded the data processing and billing contract for the Westcoast Group. PRD have delivered phase one with an initial billing requirement of circa £40 million pa for Azure Services, CSP and Nfon telephony.
A Custom version of QuickStart Billing will now be further enhanced for other Westcoast business processes, including integration into Microsoft’s Partner Centre API and delivering QuickStart Billing as a BOBO (Billing-On-Behalf-Of) to enable Westcoast to offer white-labelled billing services to their reseller base.
