Westcon Appoints Networks First For Front-Line Technical Networking Support Services

Networks First, provider of data and IP telephony support services, has been appointed as the primary UK provider of technical support, installations and maintenance for Westcon, international provider of networking technology products. The agreement will see Networks First lend its networking expertise to Westcon’s resellers and end-users, in particular focusing on the data aspect within converged networks.

Networks First will provide Westcon’s channel resellers and their end-user customers with a 24 x 7 technical helpdesk and support services covering Westcon’s full range of data products. Networks First will also provide network installation and maintenance services.
