Westcon has announced a new agreement with 8×8 to distribute its integrated cloud communications and contact centre solutions. The partnership becomes effective initially in the UK and Ireland this month, and provides Westcon’s partners with UCaaS and CCaaS public cloud solutions via a wholesale model.
