Members of the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program have created many of innovative solutions, including natural language speech recognition applications, wireless services, specialised computer telephony integration and reporting capabilities, and applications tailored for specific vertical industries.
Gold-level members such as Westell develop products that are particularly complementary to Avaya's portfolio. They receive marketing and technical benefits and have self-service support available via the Avaya DeveloperConnection portal. In addition, members can test their products per Avaya DeveloperConnection guidelines to ensure reliable interoperability with specific Avaya products. Avaya provides technical assistance throughout the testing process.
