“There is no reason to wait for other distributors to play ‘catch up’ with MTV Telecom for IP Office training as we are running IP Office Workshops at Avaya's Head Office in Guildford early next year,” says MTV Telecom Managing Director Natalie Foers. “We will be focusing on applications based training as well as the IP500 platform.”
MTV Telecom says the objective of their Q1 Avaya training schedule is to fast track resellers to further revenue opportunities.
Foers concludes, “We are aiming to increase product knowledge in our channel as this will undoubtedly lead to more sales for our partners. At the same time we will be enabling resellers to identify and capitalise on these opportunities.”
