‘Wide’ Headset Range from Nimans

Sennheiser has launched a new range of VoIP headsets including a dedicated USB cabled model - to help resellers capitalise on increased soft phone usage and mobility trends.

Four new models are available from Nimans and Rocom, based on wideband technology which delivers twice the sound spectrum of standard headsets, to enhance the clarity and crispness of calls.

The new range reflects how the headset arena continues to evolve, with much more emphasis on computer-based usage, according to Phil Ward, Sennheiser Headset Specialist at Nimans and Rocom.

Phil explained: “Wideband technology delivers exceptional audio performance, providing natural and satisfying conversations for both parties. The latest stylish units from Sennheiser are not only well suited to offices and contact centres but particularly home-based and more mobile workers using their laptops as a soft phone.”

The new models now available from Nimans and Rocom comprise - the SH330 IP, CC515 IP, CC520 IP and also the SH230 IP which features a dedicated USB cable for a complete all-in-one solution.

Phil concluded: “We expect particular strong demand with the SH230 IP USB as it does not require a traditional bottom cable, so is very quick to set-up and use, making it perfect for users who demand the ultimate ease-of-use and call quality.”
