Wildix positioned as Niche Vendor in Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider Wildix has been positioned in the Niche Players Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Steve Osler, founder of Wildix described it as a ‘powerful result’ for the company, commenting: “As we are in the bottom-left quadrant, we’ll work much more to prove to our customers and partners that they made the right choice.

“The goal, from now on, is to move higher in the Quadrant, and keep demonstrating the value of Wildix as a provider of Unified Communications as a Service.”

In a statement announcing the achievement, Wildix said it will continue to focus on addressing new challenges in the market and launching new services and products.

The company will unveil more information on upcoming solutions and business strategies on 24 January 2022 during the virtual UC&C Summit hosted by Wildix.

“We continue to innovate while we execute on our product roadmap,” said Dimitri Osler, co-founder and chief technology officer. “With the upcoming launch of x-bees, we will deliver a truly revolutionary package of services that will change the face of business collaboration and further enhance our market position.”
