Windsor Telecom to help legal firm improve customer experience

Windsor Telecom has been chosen by B P Collins as its managed communications provider. This forms part of the legal firm’s growth strategy to ensure that every customer gets an outstanding experience every time they call.

Windsor Telecom has provided a bespoke cloud telephony solution that is integrated with Microsoft Teams and Peppermint CRM, the company's existing CRM solution. The solution will be used by 120 B P Collins employees across three locations and is designed to improve team and client communications, as well as providing collaboration opportunities and the ability to seamlessly access information.
