Winning Dealers ‘On The Piste’ with Fone Logistics

Fone Logistics’ latest incentive snowballed when its top performing dealers were treated to a fast and furious skiing trip to Chamonix in the French Alps.

Mobile phone dealers from across the UK have just returned from a three night stay in the exclusive ski resort, as part of Fone Logistics’ commitment to deliver value and reward back to its dealers.

The all expenses paid prize included accommodation at the five star Hotel les Aiglons Resort and Spa, Champagne, dinner and private transfers to and from the slopes.

This incentive was Fone Logistics’ most successful promotion to date, seeing a percentage increase of 33% on O2 connections.

The trip was rewarded to the top eight dealers who secured the most O2 Blackberry business connections over a four-month period.

The incentive was based on the points-per-connection model, in which dealers were rewarded for new connections, Blackberry business connections and upgrades on the O2 network.

Fone Logistics sales and marketing director Julien Parven said: “The success of this incentive in particular was probably due to the way we designed the scoring system. At the end of each month, we presented a league table to show where dealers were positioned in the running for the reward.

“This pushed dealers to assess how many more connections they had to make to secure their place on the unmissable skiing trip.

“As a business we constantly strive to deliver value back to our dealers by offering them a range of unique money-can’t-buy incentives. This year we are offering an entertaining range of seasonal and sporting prizes.

“Our aim is to be the distributor of choice amongst the dealer community and we hope by offering such incentive schemes this really shows that we not only work hard but play hard too – something we hope dealers will appreciate.”
