Manchester based Xarios, a Mitel Solutions Alliance Gold Partner, has announce the launch of Campaign Manager, a progressive dialler with a wealth of automated processes and configurable call back settings that enables businesses to increase productivity, improve campaign success and reduce costs, whilst enhancing customer relations.
The company says the product ideal for contact centres and any regular outbound call activity, Campaign Manager features Configurable Call Dispositions, where each call made is given a disposition to decide what happens next. Controls that can be set include wrap-up time (time in between calls), call priority, generating emails, automated voicemail, call back attempts and moving calls in between campaigns, all of which allows managers to really fine-tune their call strategy, maximise opportunities and minimise waste.
To improve both customer relations and success rates, call backs can be configured to a specific delay, a fixed time or the intelligent call back system can be utilised; where time windows split each day into segments and contacts called back during different windows in the week, or if required throughout multiple weeks. Calls backs can also be prioritised on a scale of 1 to 99 allowing the system to handle even the most complex forms of contact strategy.
Software based, Campaign Manager is compatible with existing Mitel phone systems and can be integrated with most CRM’s or be customised to integrate with bespoke systems. Other features include real-time and historic reporting, showing detailed analysis of campaigns as well as which agents are performing and converting the most opportunities, and barred number management.
