Xelion gears up for Channel Live

Xelion will be demonstrating its cloud telephony solution at Channel Live. On the Xelion stand channel visitors can see the platform's open architecture demonstrated, with APIs that allow third-party apps such as MS Exchange and Office 365 to be integrated seamlessly with the service. This allows partners the freedom to design bespoke solutions for customers with best of breed apps that really meet their requirements, instead of a ‘one-size-fits-all' service.

Xelion is also totally focused on the channel with a partner only policy, so there are never any conflicts of interest. Becoming a Xelion partner provides supplier independence because unlike rival hosted platforms, Xelion supports any SIP compliant hardware, even legacy kit, and can be used with almost any network provider's SIP trunk service. Partners can even use different SIP providers with different customers.

Another compelling element for the channel is that Xelion platform is licenced by users, NOT by devices. This means every user can have the Xelion desktop client, mobile app and physical phone as standard on a single user license. With the boom in mobile working this is a real cost benefit for customers and a great selling point for partners.

The Xelion hosted telephony service is FREE to use by channel partners. This allows partners to really familiarise themselves with the outstanding features and functions of the service so they can better communicate Xelion's advantages to customers.
