YES Telecom Celebrates Five Successful Years

Yes Telecom, the Manchester based business to business mobile communications operator, is celebrating its fifth birthday. Established by Keith Curran, Yes Telecom joined the highly competitive fast paced UK mobile comms market in September 2000 and has exceeded all expectations and targets initially set in the business plan.

The company started with just eight members of staff and targeted business customers, appealing to small and growing enterprises as well as individual professionals.

Offering a dedicated focus on customer service, 90% of calls answered within three rings and a churn rate of 8.6%, as audited by Vodafone in April 2005, Yes Telecom boasts excellent retention rates and consistently provides exceptional levels of service.

For the second successive year, Yes Telecom has received the mobile industry's most prestigious awards for Best Customer Service and Best Service Provider.*

Now with 110 members of staff and over 250 Business Partners, Yes Telecom goes from strength to strength significantly increasing both its customers and connections base. It is estimated that Yes Telecom will achieve £40 million in sales for 2005, a growth of £26 million from 2004.

With huge re-investment plans in the company for the future, Yes Telecom looks forward to exciting times with career and business opportunities alike.

Keith Curran, managing director and key driving force in the company, comments:

"In such a competitive and changing industry it is a great achievement for us to have come so far in just five years. The positive position of the company is testament to the staff who have worked hard over the years, and as we celebrate our fifth birthday, we can all look forward to a profitable future."

A party fit for five year olds was arranged for Yes Telecom staff and included traditional party food such as jelly and ice cream, a host of party games and most importantly, a fancy dress competition with a fantastic prize for the best costume!
