ISP Zen Internet has appointed Natalie Smith as Channel Marketing Manager.
Immediately prior to joining Zen, Smith was Propositions Executive at TalkTalk Business responsible for driving revenue through the Channel by the development of key products and service propositions, including the set-up of a new partner programme to improve ease of business and partner engagement.
Smith was also responsible for the development of TalkTalk’s interactive newsletter together with an improvements programme of the Partner website including content review, provisioning tools and induction, as well as re-launching an extended fixed and mobile broadband proposition into the Dealer Channel and successfully launching Voice of Ethernet to all Partner Channels.

Over the coming months I will be supporting the team to strengthen Zen’s Partner relationships and initiating marketing campaigns and activities to help them to achieve their revenue goals in 2011 and beyond,’ said Smith.
