ISP Zen Internet has launched a new enhanced Partner Portal, exclusive to Zen Partners.
With ongoing development in functionality and usability, this user-friendly site has a completely new look and feel. It will provide partners with a variety of excellent resources and tools to help customers and build their business through Zen Internet.
Zen is investing over £1M in the development and rebuild of the Portal and this ongoing project, which is one of Zen’s current top business priorities, will focus on the provision of a tailored suite of self service and management tools.
Through Zen’s Portal, Partners can already order products and services 24/7 directly on behalf of their customers, track the progress of those orders, access commission statements, download product and marketing collateral and access Zen technical support and diagnostic tools. But the new portal provides a base for Zen to integrate new features and develop the existing ones further.
Efficiency is at the heart of the design, aiming to help Partners be as productive as possible by simplifying processes and making tools and resources more easily accessible. After signing in, Partners can reach the key tools and resources with just one click!
Through the new portal, Partners have access to a new tool to assist with broadband fault diagnostics. Using this, Partners can check the connection status of their customers’ broadband services. Ultimately this gives Partners more information to easily share with their customer and help them through any broadband issues they have. This will help Partners to identify problems caused by the likes of noisy or longer lines.
