Zen Internet, one of the UK’s leading Internet Service Providers, has today re-launched www.zen.co.uk
As part of the company’s continual improvements to its online presence it has today re-launched the Zen Internet website. Design improvements have been made to the site and new navigation introduced, making finding the right information quickly, much easier for visitors to the site.
In addition the product and service information has been split into customer segments. Tailoring the information on these pages will further enhance a visitor’s browsing experience. The Knowledge Base and the Support Forum have also been updated to reflect the new design.
The Knowledge Base is the online resource that includes help and support articles. The Support Forum is the online community area where Zen customers can discuss aspects of their service and other topics. Further enhancements to these areas are planned in the near future.
Zen is also today launching the official Zen Internet Twitter account, @zeninternet. An official Zen Internet Facebook presence is planned for launch later in the summer.
You can follow Zen by clicking on the “Follow Us” button on the home page of the website. Zen tweets are likely to include: latest Zen news, awards, status alerts, plus any general commentary regarding Zen Internet.
