This month, Unified Communications experts Zest4 are celebrating their 4th birthday!
Zest4 was founded in January 2013 by Freddie Fazelynia, along with a number of other colleagues from the 3a Telecom and Yes Telecom businesses that Freddie founded previously. The company’s initial focus was on Channel Management offering mobile and connectivity solutions to mobile dealers and resellers, fixed line resellers and a small number of IT specialists. But within the first year of business, the team realised the huge opportunity of offering a wider range of products and services to resellers and have since been on a rapid journey of expansion.
At the end of 2013, the first new additions to the product portfolio were telephony systems – both traditional and hosted – followed quickly by data services.
M2M (machine-to-machine) solutions were always a key part of Zest4’s strategy and early in 2014, the company became Telefonica O2’s first M2M Wholesale partner early. However, further developments in M2M technology and Zest4’s strategy saw the company form a partnership with M2M connectivity and management services experts Arkessa in October 2015.
Commenting on the company’s 4th birthday, Mandy Fazelynia, Zest4’s Operations & Business Development Director, said, “We have had an incredible first 4 years’ in business and are very excited for the next 4 years. We are so lucky to have an amazing team of colleagues who share our ambitions for growth and work so very hard to help us achieve them. M2M solutions offer a huge opportunity for our partners and we are totally committed to helping them benefit from this opportunity and to support them every step of the way’.
