Zest4 are set to launch new partnering models to provide a unique choice to channel partners on how they structure their Unified Communications portfolio.
Zest4 recognise that whilst the channel are acutely aware of the need to sell Unified Comms solutions, there is a bridge to cross in terms of knowledge, skills and support to make this a reality and therefore Zest4 have built a programme to bridge this gap.
Zest4 will be offering different partner models which will allow partners to choose their method of doing business on a per product basis. Partners may be fully accredited, capable and historically have sold one or two products but are yet to offer a complete UC solution that they are fully comfortable to sell. Zest4 partners will have the ability to choose which partnering models they wish to use to let them go to market with a complete UC solution. This includes an Introducer model with Zest4 managing the sale, and where partners have an aspiration to enable their sales teams then Zest4 take partners through an academy and education programme where they benefit from Zest4 Product, Marketing and Sales support in order to become fully accredited in the products of their choice. Partners can also join the programme as an accredited partner based on their capability.
Adam Cathcart, Sales Director for Zest4 “ The Zest4 team has a well-documented history of working with and supporting the channel, the Zest4 Partner Programme has been born out of a true understanding of partner needs and a desire to support partners in making the journey into becoming UC solutions specialists”
