The partnership enables Abacus to expand their portfolio, adding the supply and installation of ProcessFlows’ range of business transformation software solutions (which includes the automated capture of data and workflow-trigger for processes such as Accounts Payable, Digital Mailroom, Proof of Delivery etc), to their established list of document scanning, data entry and mail & fulfilment credentials.
Abacus are able to do this without the usual associated investment when on-boarding something new as ProcessFlows provides pre-sales technical advice and a full range of services for all partners signed-up to their Channel Partner programme.
This leaves Abacus free to focus on generating new business opportunities from their established and impressive customer base, which includes the likes of Oxfam, Boeing, Unilever and leading further education establishments.
For many years, Abacus has used ProcessFlows document scanning and management technology in-house to help fulfil service delivery “It is the ideal time for Abacus to be making the most of new technologies and expanding our portfolio” said Stuart Hawkins, Commercial Director at Abacus.

Fortunately, we were rejuvenated. We have new management, but the same experienced staff are still behind us. This is hugely important for our clients, who have, over many years, built strong relationships and trust with members of our friendly team.
