Hayes-Warren (pictured) has over 30 years of experience in the technology channel and has held the position of chief revenue officer for the last 12 months.
The company said Hayes-Warren has been instrumental in leading many of the changes at Agilitas over the last few months. He has led strategic planning and operational execution across customer success, customer support and partnerships.
Hayes-Warren comes from a sales background – most recently at Logicalis, Claranet and Vodafone – which Agilitas said makes him well placed to lead the company’s sales growth plan.

The Agilitas management team has undergone a number of changes in recent months, with CEO Shaun Lynn departing the company alongside chief marketing officer Richard Eglon and solutions director Mike Cummins.
In March, Mark Dixon was appointed chair and Collette De Gioia was promoted to finance director.
