ANS hires new technical services director

ANS has announced it has appointed Kyle Hill as its new technical services delivery director.

In his new role, Hill (pictured) will lead on delivering customer digitalisation projects. He will be responsible for strengthening the professional services function at ANS by providing leadership, structure, and consistency to his team.

Hill will also be involved with the progression of people at ANS, ensuring that tech talent development remains a priority for the company.

He joins ANS with over 12 years of experience in technology advisory services both in the UK and in South Africa. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his new role and has most recently worked as a senior director and business applications leader at tech advisory firm Avanade.

Hill said, “Communicating the value of technology to customers is the most important aspect of my work as the biggest challenge that businesses face when it comes to digital transformation is aversion to risk.

“After spending over a decade with some of the leading tech transformation advisory teams in the industry, I’m thrilled to be joining the talented team at ANS.”

Richard Thompson, CEO, ANS, added, “Welcoming Kyle will enable our talented and driven teams to expand and continue delivering expertise at the highest level.

“With his market-leading experience working on the most complex tech transformation challenges in the field, Kyle will play a valuable role in helping to develop our people to achieve incredible results for our clients and our community.”

In January, the company appointed Sam Dickinson as account director in its indirect business team.
