Du Toit also spent four years at Dimension Data as Director of Customer Interaction Solutions. He built strategic relationships with key technology providers and telecoms carriers, and established one of the UK’s first fixed to mobile services, addressing an Ofcom drive to reduce mobile call costs.
His focus at Azzurri will be on driving process improvements and to ensure Azzurri’s customers consistently receive the highest levels of service quality. As well as leading a team of over 400 Operations and Customer Service staff, Du Toit will work closely with Rufus Grig, Azzurri’s Chief Technology Officer. Together they will ensure Azzurri’s extensive technology and service offerings continue to deliver the greatest possible value to the customer.
