BDR Group acquires Maple Computing

BDR Group has announced it has acquired Maple Computing for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is designed to enhance BDR Groups’ existing enterprise services portfolio, with Maple Computing to continue running day-to-day operations.

All Maple Computing employees will remain in their roles, with management supported by BDR Group’s leadership team. Maple Computing is a specialist provider of IBM’s storage, security, AI and cloud compute services. It has long-lasting partnerships with logistics and finance businesses across the UK.

Jamie Cozens, director, Maple Computing, explained, “Having met the team and gotten to understand BDR Groups mission over the last 12 months, I can’t think of a better combination! Together, BDR and Maple will be able to offer enterprise clients the entire tech-stack they require for future-proof, flexible infrastructure that drives business growth.”
