The Billing People Awards was launched in 2020 to celebrate the achievements of the channel’s billing experts whose vital work can all too often go unnoticed by the channel.
Billing People is a membership body, founded by Union Street Technologies, that champions the work of the channel’s billing professionals.
Tickets to the event are provided free of charge to award entrants and billing professionals can use the ceremony as a networking opportunity to meet and share ideas.

“With all things considered, the work of the channel’s billing professionals has never been more important than it is today.
“It’s only right that they should be recognised for their valuable contribution to the channel’s success, and we’re very much looking forward to celebrating their fantastic achievements at this year’s awards.”
The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts chosen on the basis of their knowledge and experience in the channel. This year, five new categories have been introduced including awards for ‘Billing Hero’ and ‘Customer Experience Champion’.
